Happy New Year~

Happy New Year~
*Listening to music from a nearby party in my house... Yeah it's that near. A bit troublesome to get there by car, but at crows' fly it's pretty near. Might go over later... Have to walk through a shortcut though, will never get there if you take the roads with that traffic jam. :S *

Biking =)

Trying to master biking this week~
It's actually much more harder than I expected... /.\ At first I thought that since I've rode mini bikes before when I was small, <the actual bike, not those with two extra wheels> it wouldn't be too hard to relearn. But it was so much different, or perhaps because I haven't ride for many years.
The first time I tried, I couldn't balance at all... I managed to gain some balance soon, but I still couldn't ride smoothly,   and my posture was so weird... It's pretty frustrating sometimes, failing again and again.
Just now I managed to cycle one round around my condo's pool~ Finally~
Happy =)

Thanks~

Yay my blog's visitor number has finally passed the 1500+ border, my aim for this hols.. Thanks for all the support so much~
After removing a lot of pretty but basically useless gadgets, the speed really accelerated by a lot... o.O I checked it again just now, and it improved from 60 seconds to 20 seconds... Incredible. Hopefully this can attract more people... <desperate>
Planning to change the music soon, as someone told me loud music is not so suitable for my blog's atmosphere... I'll probably put plain music instead of songs, especially water-themed music.
Any feedback, please leave a message in the chat box~ Suggest some music, perhaps?

Loading...

I just realized that my blog actually loads quite slowly... /.\
I've never know before coz I always open multi tabs so by the time I finish logging in all other pages such as Facebook and Hotmail, my blog here have completed the loading process... It was until one day when I visited a page with a tool that helps you to check the speed of your blogs that I found out this quite fatal problem.
I once read an article about the dos and don'ts of blogs, and one of the don'ts is 'Don't let people load for too long.' T.T
Must be the use of too many gadgets... Sigh, trying hard to clear my blog now...

Taiwan Day 5: Beitou

To put it more accurately, it wasn't Beitou that we visited, but Xinbeitou (meaning New Beitou) rather. Anyway, it makes not much of a difference... The whole area is called Beitou, it's just that there's a new MRT station even closer to the tourist destinations now, so they named it that way.

Okay, so what should you do in Beitou? Actually, Beitou is most famous for it's hot springs. However, to have spas in the hot springs would require a lot of time and some preparations, unless you book a hotel there. Too bad we didn't have that much time. Plus, the hotels are kinda expensive and far away from the main area of Taipei.
Of course, there are still plenty places to visit there except hot springs. In fact, there are several main attractions: the Taipei Public Library, rated as one of the best libraries in the world, the Beitou Hot Spring Museum, the Ketagalan Culture Center, kinda like a museum of an aboriginal race locally, and the 'Coal Shack'.
Unluckily for us, it was a Monday, and three out of four of the aforementioned places were closed... Be warned, if you ever visit Taiwan, do NOT go to tourist attractions, especially museums, on a Monday. :S
However, we did get to enter the public library, which, like everything else in Taiwan, is so much better than our local ones. =.=.And the landscape around was scenic. The park, especially, was very pretty.
It was pretty regrettable that we didn't get the chance to visit the other places though. Maybe I'll have to wait until next time...

Won't post any pics today, coz all of them have me inside... And I looked terrible in photos... T.T
p.s. Any FB friends of mine that may be viewing this, I kept wanting to post my travel pics on FB but I'm just to lazing to sort them...

Buon Natale!

Merry Christmas, guys.
Er, it's Christmas eve... And I'm at home, literally doing nothing... Yep, but don't laugh or anything, I'm not miserable. Please, what's wrong with it? I'm just not that good with those relatives of mine, especially on my father's side. I suppose some of my mum's siblings are nice, but anyway they came to our condo the past afternoon. I don't suppose they're doing anything in particular now either, perhaps having dinner? As for friends, I know a few that are in the same situation right now, and one that's barbecuing... Have fun barbecuing, Nic. Actually, we scheduled something to do together tomorrow, but the host was 'perhaps busy'. And since the traffic's pretty congested, I'm still not good at biking, and I definitely won't walk =.= so where else can I go?
Anyway, that doesn't mean I'm sad or anything, in fact I'm still merry, as long as I still get my presents~

By the way, the title means Merry Christmas <obviously> in Italian. Not Google Translate... I'm trying to learn Italian. Why? The reason... Well, aside from the fact that I've always loved Italy, the food, the weather, the lazy plus romantic atmosphere and stuff, it's all thanks to an idiota. One day I was 'hanging out' online, and my best friend Nat and someone I dislike started talking, er, typing in Japanese, which in turn make the whole group started typing in foreign languages... Until the aforementioned person, a.k.a. the idiot, started complaining that we were all using Google Translate and he didn't want us to do it anymore. Seriously, chi se ne frega? (Who cares?) But that's the point where I decided to try and learn at least one foreign language... Yeah I know it's a stupid thing to do... Anyway I'm actually memorizing the Italian words and phrases in my electronic dictionary one by one. A bad way to learn. Argh. Anyone cares to help and offer me some tips? /,\

Well whatever, the point is, Buon Natale!

The Biggest Joke of the Year ==

It's 22-12-12 now, our Earth is still rotating, the world didn't end at all, we survived. =.= So what was all that fuss about? Thankfully I didn't believe it or I would have finish all my junk food and snacks... As a result I would probably come down with fever or some sort of weird stuff... At the very least I would grow a lot of pimples /.\ and I might be starving now. So yeah, next time you tell me about Doomsday, please, are you kidding me? o.O

*Short post because I'm not seeing very clearly as a result of the 'awkward' phase of those correcting lens, which by the way is called 'Ortho K', not 'Auto K'... Confusing, huh?

Taiwan Day 3&4: Eslite + Bubble Milk Tea

*Yea I finally forced myself to sit down in front of my laptop and write this post*

It was raining those two days, so we didn't really go sightseeing. In fact, we hung out at some friends' houses and did some shopping. Among the few things we did, we went to Eslite.
As you know, Eslite is a tiny version of a mall, with floors selling different things such as stationery, clothes, food etc, all belonging to the same company, which is most famous for its book stores. Actually, it is almost a must-go for tourists.
The bookshop is really big, taking up 2 floors of its own. And there's a huge variety of books, though mostly in Mandarin, including translated novels. The teen/young adult section, especially, offers much more choices than our local ones. Yes, the prices are a lot cheaper too, I mean A LOT. However, we didn't purchase anything as it would be next to impossible to carry books home for tourists.

Taiwan is also famous for another thing: Bubble Milk Tea. We stopped by one of the most popular shops.

The drink is so much better than in those in Malaysia. Don't hit me or anything, but why does Taiwan have everything better than us? :S
<3 Taiwan bubble milk tea.

... Titleless

Yep, there's no title coz I have no idea what to write... Well, not really, I still have photos from my Taiwan trip to post... But of course, I'm too lazy... Sorry dear blog, I haven't posted for some time...
Anyway, I went to my friend's house today... We just laze around... I discovered that the older you grow, the more you gather with friends but the lesser you actually do with them... At least, this is the case with us teenagers. =.=
So, this post is really nothing much... Just to avoid me feeling too irresponsible for not posting. :P
Here's another cute cat pics from Google~
Just lazing around~~

Seen the dentist T^T

Today I went to a dental clinic in Pulau Tikus to have a tooth extracted... I'm getting braces, remember? The doctor's techniques are pretty good, so it doesn't hurt in the process, but it does now. :S To make things worse, I'm having a headache. Again. Really tired and uncomfortable.

Yep, this is it. I failed again in applying AdSense for like, the umpteenth time. What the ^$#!%^$@* is wrong with my blog, for Google's sake? ZZZ I'm so exasperated! >< Sorry, please don't 'thank me for my understanding' coz I really don't understand at all. = =  Guys, any suggestions that may help? Argh.
<GLARE>This is really getting on my nerves.

Of Braces and Contact Lens

I'm getting braces. I'm forced to get braces. Yeah, well, too bad... T.T Upset. Argh. Must hurt a lot... And I wonder can I even eat stuff after having them?? Sigh. Weep. Oh well whatever. The doctor said that aside from chewing ice cubes and sweets my teeth can still function normally... As long as I feel comfortable with, say, eating KFC or eating crispy stuff, I can just go ahead with it. As long as I feel comfortable. My interpretation is that he is not giving any guarantees. One month to my death, so I'd better starting eating a lot now, you now, to store fat like a camel... And guess what, the process of installing (or whatever word that is more suitable) braces takes one hour. Oh. My. God. And with no sedates or anesthesia... 'Coz Mr. Doc promised no pain... Not that I believe it. :S Am I even expected to survive?? :'( I rather you give me sleeping pills so that when I finally wake up like after a day, it will be over. =.=

Okay, the good thing is I'm also getting contacts. Well, not exactly contacts. There's this weird new technology, you wear contacts when you sleep and you don't have to wear any contacts or specs during day time and you can still see clearly. Cool, huh? Yay so I can finally get rid of my specs~~ I hate wearing specs~~

Last thing, NICOLE, if you are reading this (which I doubted), DO NOT COMMENT on it. ><

Taiwan -- Day 1&2 : Fun in Mu Zha

Standard Taiwan breakfast----Ham Cheese Crepe + Milk Tea
Actually, the trip to Taiwan wasn't just about traveling... Coz my parents have a lot of friends there, so we visited them as well... That's why although we arrived by plane in the afternoon the first day, there's nothing much for me to post or write about...
The 2nd day we went to Taipei Zoo and Maokong Gondola, both in Mu Zha. One of the funnest day~~
Taipei Zoo is very VERY big...We couldn't even finish the whole round, we just walked half of it and took a bus to Maokong Gondola. We just went to see koalas, pandas and penguins, all three specialties of the zoo. And of course, since the penguins are at the furthest corner of the zoo, we past quite a lot of animals on the way, such as rainforest animals, desert animals, African animals and Mediterranean animals on the way. So yeah, quite fun~
-- Oooh! I tripped! --
Maokong Gondola is basically cable cars carrying you up hills. It was cool all the same, but not scary at all. It was pretty cold inside though, as wind enter through small windows. We didn't spend much time at the terminal station (the highest station, Maokong), as we came mainly just to experience the cable cars, which were completely different from the Penang Hill type. We only ride in the normal cabins, a decision I now regret, because the 'Eye of Maokong Gondola', or rather crystal cabins, with see through floors, seemed even more fun.
Anyway, photos.
The view.
Outside the terminal station.
 In the station...

Oh yeah, just one more thing. If you see a clear photo but the people inside it is like, translucent, don't be afraid, it's not a supernatural thingy... it's just that my camera has a function that takes three snapshots together and combines it into one so that it's clearer... But it seems to have the opposite effect with moving people. =.=

Laaazzzzy me~~

Um, okay, first of all I'm back from Taiwan...
obviously enough =.= <eyes rolling>
Actually I'm back like, a week ago but I'm just too lazy to update my blog... Sooorrrry~
I'm tired and sleepy~ Let me rest~~
Anyway, I've got lots of great pics there, so I'll be posting them... Of course, NOT those with me inside, I looked terrible. ><
Don't take a picture of me, I look awful! Grr!
Sigh~ Grew weaker since I'm back. Frequent headaches. Seems that I need to exercise and eat more healthily... T.T
Sigh~~
That's about all for today, I'm laaazzzzy to write anymore... =P

#2: Garlic Bread, Anyone?

Tabitha woke early the next day. It's kinda weird yesterday, she thought to herself. Her grandma... It's the first time ever that she didn't even compliment Tony in the least bit. Miracle. In fact, she seemed to be ignoring him. Weird. And what's that rush to bed about? Really weird. Okay, so her gran's part of the superstitious folk, but if she remembered correctly, last time she came she watched fireworks outside until midnight, and her gran didn't say a thing. Anyway, who cares about weird grannies and local superstitions? Might as well make the most out of her time here, perhaps she'll actually try to impress her gran. Show her who's better, she or that stupid Tony, you know.
Knock knock. "Tha, you awake?" It's Jen's voice. "Yeah, or I won't be answering you."
"Come on then, it's breakfast time. We're having garlic bread, your favourite, isn't it? Nat is still sleeping, so it's just us. Better be quick so that we can eat up her portion too! Today's a local festival, so there's no school. Perhaps you would like to go together to take a look at our new school?" Jen was as cheerful as always and chatted on as Tha opened the door for her to get in.
"Er, just us? What about gran? As for the school thing, sure."
"Gran said that she has not much of an appetite so she'll probably eat some porridge later. As brunch."
Okay, now that's really very weird. As far as she knew, her gran was just not the type who cooked something she herself didn't want to eat. Not to mention that she never prepared garlic bread before even though it was one of Tha's favourite. Tony's favourites often appear on the dining table though. Huh.
"Hey, tell you what, I had a funny dream last night. Funny not in the comical sense, of course, but as in weird. It's really weird. The dream is not really visual, you see, but more on the hearing side. I heard muffled screams, nearby, but I can't see a thing. And it's not just dark, it's pitch black. Like when you close your eyes and drag blankets over you. It creeps me out." Jen whispered as they went down the stairs.
"Maybe you are." Tabitha joked, "Don't be paranoid." But in her heart she thought, gran's actions are eating away at everyone's nerves, aren't they.
Trick was also by the dining table by the time Jen and Tha reached it. They ate together, discussing about the school while waiting for Nat and Tony.
"Nat! Sleepy head!" Jen shouted teasingly when Natalie finally appeared at the staircase. "My, you're late! And that's Tony behind you, the lazy couple." Natalie rolled her eyes. Tony was apparently still half asleep and he didn't even bothered to open his eyes. His nose wrinkled though, when he smelled the garlic bread. "Ugh! Garlic! Don't think I'm going to have breakfast. No appetite." With that he retreated back up the stairs again. Tha shrugged. It seemed to please her that there's finally something Tony hated that gran cooked.
"Oh ya, Nat and Trick, wanna go explore our school today later on? Local festival. Holiday today." Jen asked. They both agreed. "And since you're Tony's closest friend here, you might as well go and inform him."
Natalie scowled but did it as well. However, the outcome surprised the others. Tony actually refused. Normally, he'd jump at any such chance of going out together, not to mention exploring.
"Who cares, it's even better without him." Trick shrugged, and Tabitha agreed wholeheartedly.

#1: A Normal Beginning

"I can't stand it anymore!" Tabitha raised an eyebrow upon hearing a frustrated Trick's exasperated words. Natalie took no notice of him and nudged Tha while Jen leaned over silently to peek at Natalie's cards. "Hey, concentrate, we're going to start the game, Tha."
"Hello, can someone take notice of me please, I'm saying I can no longer stand your boy anymore, Natalie!" He gestured towards the front of the small van, as if to accent his words.
Tabitha, Natalie, Jen, Trick and Tony were traveling back to their hometown, a small town-village where their grandma lived. The five cousins were transferring to a local school there too. All because that both pairs of their parents, close siblings, had decided to take a gap year and travel to Europe together. So they were stuck here. It's okay for the triplet sisters, being best friends but the twin brothers weren't faring so well.
"He isn't mine." Natalie glared at Trick.
"But you would love it if he's yours." Jen teased her lightly.
  Trick shrugged. "He's your cousin."
"He's your brother!" Natalie retorted pointedly, considering the fact that Trick had wished openly several times that he hoped that he had not this twin. It's true that they didn't resemble each other in any way, not looks nor temperament. In fact, they're just about the opposite of each other. Trick has pretty dark skin, while Tony's so fair that he seemed to glow in the dark sometimes. Of course, that statement has some exaggerating in it, but nevertheless it has it's own truth in it.
"Come on. No one can stands him." Tabitha snickered. Tabitha and Tony disliked each other, if anything. It's something that both of them accumulated through the years, and it's about the only thing they had in common, not including the good results all the five had. On the other hand, Natalie seemed to be Tony's best friend, or rather only friend.
"Shoo, don't disturb us." Jen said to Trick as the girls started another round of Heart Attack poker cards game. "Sorry you can't join us.Three's a crowd for this game. You can take a seat and watch, but no helping, remember." Jen was always the neutral one. Just like the other two, Natalie and Trick can't get by.
Trick shook his head at how the girls manage to play card games in such a bumpy situation. The roads are definitely not in good condition.
"We're almost there, nieces and nephews, Trick and Tony, wipe that scowl off your faces. You know my mother hates seeing you two quarrel." Their uncle spoke from the driver's seat. "I'll be off tomorrow to Australia, so you guys better behave ya."
Tabitha sighed at the mention of her grams. She's a pretty old-fashioned lady, liking boys more than girls. Tony, being the more successful grandson in studies and stuff as compared to Trick, was therefore unquestionably her favourite. "Why is everyone so unfair?" She muttered to Trick. Trick shared her views in this matter. They both felt that the principle of their freshly graduated primary favoured Tony more. It was especially hard on Tha, who thought of herself nowhere lesser at all than Tony. What she wouldn't give to be finally going to a girls only secondary school, back home where she was supposed to be, and not this stupid small secondary here together with her cousins.

Overall it's a pretty normal day, thought Natalie as she settled in bed at night. The only slightly weird thing, if one must say, is that grandma rushed them to bed extra early, even her uncle was told so. It's just nine, for god's sake! Okay, she admitted that she's been staying up later than she should back at home, and maybe the folks here all sleep this early, with not much entertainment or things to do. Okay, let's sleep and not get paranoid. Even though she just kept having the feeling that something would go wrong this trip. Too many fantasy novels and adventure movies, she suppose. Nothing more. She slept soundly and didn't hear a short muffled scream, much later at night.

Early Holiday =)

Well yeah, as the title suggests, I'm having an early holiday starting today. No, I'm not skipping school... Thanks so much to SPM, we do not have to go to school every day of November and yesterday was the last. So we're free now :-)
Time really flies. It seems that the year had barely begun but it has ended so soon. In fact, I can still find my posts in this blogs about my complaints early January, about my class and stuff XD and yet now I'm certain I'll miss them next year. =(
Anyway it's happy holidays! I'm going to Taiwan --finally-- next week and I'm SOOOOOO excited! I <3 Taiwanese food =D

Headache =(

Okay so exam is finally over! Now it's the time we're waiting to die: the announcement of results. T.T
Believe me, it's even more stressful than exams. After one whole painstaking day I now have a headache. Great.
Actually I shouldn't be online since a have a headache... But who cares anyway? XD The good thing is, we are FINALLY free, there's no need to study like MAD anymore...
So, best of luck to me, tomorrow, eh? I'll need it. :S

Awkward~~

Sometimes it's really awkward when your gaze accidentally met someone that you dislike. Um, not exactly dislike, just... not really of the same planet :S And you stare at each other, like what you do at an alien. Ha-ha.

Well as you see I have a tuition every Sunday. I usually reach there like half an hour before it starts after having dinner, which is pretty early, and I usually call out to the teacher, Miss Gan to open the door. That day I decided to go later, as it's kind of embarassing to be the first one there too often.

So when I arrived, I made note that there's a figure outside the door before I walked up the stairs. As I turned the corner onto the 1st floor, she turned. We just stared at each other. How awkward. She wasn't someone I liked, but not really disliked either. To me, she's kinda like people I don't have a good impression of, but never talked to anyway. She and her friends kinda freak me out. I bet she dislikes me too. =='''

She turned back, facing the door. But she didn't show any attempt to signal for Miss Gan to open the door or whatever. She just stood there. And I'm like, what now? To call out to Miss Gan would be rude, but to stand there staring at her would be weird and SO AWKWARD.

In the end I excused myself to went to the toilet. >< Thank god the door is opened by the time I'm back. ;P

Just another (boring) update

So, it's the Raya holidays, and I'm blogging... Thanks for all those support while I'm away. As you probably know if you live in Malaysia, the Form 1 students this year are not going to take PMR. Instead, we have this even stupider thing called Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah(PBS), meaning School Based Assestments. We have all kinds of exercises and stuff to do in class, and it counts in our exams. There's a lot LOT LOT of projects and it's really stupid. Yesh, even it's holiday now we have a lot of work especially on History and Moral. The Moral thing is the most meaningless. The requirements are all impossible to achieve and we have to act to pass. How fake. How stupid. How terrible.
If you have to look on the positive side, we don't have to take tests(tests, not exams) anymore. I'll admit that that's nice, but only for a while. Now that the year end exam is approaching, we have EXTRA stress. Sigh. I don't suppose I'll post as much as I did the last hols, being busy and all, but thanks a lot for visiting ya.

Nothing much ZZZ

One more week of holiday only... Feeling a bit sad today... Have been moody since last week, for no reason actually. Sigh. Hope a gathering with friends this Wednesday can cheer me up... no high hopes though. Worried about my exam results. Don't understand why teachers have to torture us with hard exam questions, eh? Nothing much to say (erm, type?), just a collection of thoughts here...

Venfire

Okay, so this is my newest novel, Venfire. The name's pretty weird, but you'll understand it later, hehehehe <evil laugh>. It's a horror, and all my characters are included. No pets, no magic, yes supernatural. Yeah, that's pretty all, hope you'll like it...

<Quick peek>
"What? He... is not a human?! No!" Natalie nearly screamed.
"I'm afraid that's the truth." Jen said quietly. Even Tabitha had a serious expression.
"So he isn't really..." she said.
  "No." Trick walked over.
"Ha-ha. Should I be relieved?" Tha laughed dryly.
"The others... are they... too?" Natalie wiped her tears dry.
"Just the people in the school, students and teachers alike. Our neighbours and relatives, no." Jen replied. "The call of his blood can never be ignored... Fate?" She added to herself silently, as she watched the others' thankful expression. She didn't break the news to them yet, as she was afraid Nat couldn't handle it, as much as she wanted them to calm down and not be so afraid.

I haven't blogged for very long, all because of exam! Now, it's finally FINISHED!!! Yay! Our exam is really hard. I get a headache when I think of my marks...... Say sayonara to 90+ ......

Novels

I suppose I should have explained this earlier, but late is better than never...
Anyway, I'm here to inform you that my novels are divided into two types: Horror and Adventure.
a)Horror:
Characters are normal people who maybe have pets, maybe not. Of course, the story is more frightening, though I doubt my novels can scare you T.T
b)Adventure:
Characters are witches and warlocks. Pets are magical ones who can talk. The characters kind of go looking for trouble, if you get what I mean, whereas in Horror, trouble comes itself ^^
If a post is tagged both of these, it means that that novel have two scenes, some horror, some adventure.

One more thing. The characters' names are mostly the same in different stories. This simply means I'm too lazy to think up new names ;P The stories are not related, but the temperament of the same character remains the same. Actually, this is because of when I first started writing novels, I wrote with some of my friends, and each of us resembled a character, but gradually we broke up. Not really broke up, just that only some remained because some of us aren't friends any more because of other reasons. Not every novel has every character in it.
1. Tabitha/Tha/I
    Of course, that's me~
    A water element witch.
    Has Tiffanie cat named Velvet.
Sharp tongued. Hates Tony, calls him vampire. Not really good with Trick(a.k.a Fox) but at least better. Best friends with Natalie and Jen.
2. Natalie/Nat
    My best friend, as said.
    A wind element witch.
    Has Balinese cat named Vironica.
Dreamy but practical in some ways, creative. Hates Trick, calls him fox. Thought by Tabitha and Jen that Natalie likes Tony. Not admitted. Best friends with Tabitha and Jen.
3. Jen
    My other best friend.
    A plant element witch.
Has Yorkshire Terrier dog named Anut.
Fun loving and naughty. Tries to make peace between the two pairs of rivals. Best friends with Tabitha and Natalie.
4. Trick/Fox
He sat beside me in our previous school.
    A fire element warlock.
    Has mutt(!) dog named Red.
Cheeky and a bit cunning. Bad with Natalie, thinks that she is too temperamental. Hates Tony too.
5. Tony/Vampire
He sat beside Natalie in our previous school. I hate him.
    An earth element warlock.
Has Pembroke Welsh Corgi dog named Sebastian.
Sly and cunning.(To me at least.) Hates me, or so I think. Hates Trick.

There are six elements altogether: water, wind, plant, fire, earth and light(missing here).

Finally!

Holiday!!! Yay!!!
After 4 days of exam, I feel so down... And the marks weren't even counted, you know. Stress...... Without even knowing why. But, it's finally holiday! Which means, I can relax.

Enjoy yours~ ;)

Termites: 5 and 6 follow-up

Erm, the fifth one was a bit boring, so I put it together with the sixth.
At the fifth time, the man said that the termites have eaten most of the medincine and should die soon. However, we were not convinced, because he placed only one box. We thought that there was another group or termites in the bathroom, but he refused to place a box there.
Now? At the sixth time, a brief check confirmed the need to install a box there, just as we wanted. Sometimes, these so-called 'professionals' aren't very bright... :S

#14: The End

Trick was very very shocked. Not Natalie or me. We never liked Sandy, after all.
"I warned you all not to meddle." Sandy said coldly, eyes unblinking.
I glanced at her with pure hatred. So, tis' her real form: A vixen. No wonder she's so popular, huh? She's my enemy from the very start... Erm, not really, I myself was once fooled by her.
Anger and determination rose in me. I will never NEVER ever die in her hands, that is, paws! I said to myself.
So, what now? My watch caught my eye. 11.40p.m. , it read. 20 more minutes. 20 more minutes to midnight, 20 more minutes to the lunar eclipse, 20 more minutes and there'll be an hour when Sandy couldn't do a thing. I have to push her along. Just for 20 more minutes. But to keep the vixen I so much hated engrossed in conversation for 20 minutes, can I really suceed? I glanced at Trick. He was stuck to the spot. Males! One can never depend on them. If only he can be used. Since he liked it, chatting with her should just be a cup of tea. Hang on. Chat. That wouldn't be any use, would it? I need to say something interesting to that vixen.
Sandy was already mummuring some spell. In fox language. To kill us, I suppose. I have to act fast.
"Ooo. You want to kill us, ya? Fox?" My first thought was to be myself, to tell her what I think of her, em, it, for these six years.
It turned. Stopped chanting. Good. "So?" It stared into my eyes.
I felt lost, all of a sudden. Suddenly, Natalie pinched me! "Careful! She can mesmorize people."
Ah. Good old Nat. I struggled to keep my thoughts together. Sandy frowned at Natalie.
"So I thought you were popular. I see now it's all just magic. I should've known no boy would like your fur." I continued insulting it.
"Silence! You are just a mortal. Jealous?" It lost self control for a while.
  "Ya ya. Mortal me."
"Us." Natalie intoned. "Tell us, dare you? How do you live, eat and so on? Come on, you yourself aren't immortal. That maybe your goal, but I'll bet you my life you'll never succeed." She smirked. Apparently she got what I was onto. Man, she's even better than me.
"Oh, I suppose I'll let you die knowledgable." Sandy had fallen into our trap, if you can call it that. "
  Ten minutes.
"I am not immortal, but I do live longer. And I can't be injured easily of course. There's only one way to kill me: Thunder. Hahahahahaha!"
Thunder. I exchanged a glance with Nat. The stupid vixen had said it herself. But how.....?
"I eat...... meat, of course! How? By luring men. Or women. Anything. You know, transport them to the world. You've been close. I was too soft-hearted. I shouldn't be. You see, Trick was my lover in his last life. A fox too. But he died young. Why? Ah, that was the reason I came to this world."
"I didn't came here to feast. I came for revenge. But you all, you have to meddle, of course! What I was doing isn't wrong at all, by all means! The only one I hurted, killed, in fact, was the one who killed my lover. He's a vampire. Vampires and foxes, we've been enemies for centuries. Ever since the middle ages. We foxes are relatives of werewolves, for your information." Talking of her lover, Sandy actually shed tears.
Midnight! Total eclipse! Sandy is now powerless. It realised that too, and gasped. "I can't win you two mortals in school. Perhaps it's destined for me to die at your hands, since I told she myself the only way to kill me."
I combined powers with Nat. Together we did our best to summon thunder.

I dunno whether it killed Sandy or not. I remembered pulling Trick out as the cave collapsed, hit by thunder. I remembered running along the river, back to our camp.

The second day we went home. All the campers, except for two supernatural ones. So Mr. Vampire was really a vampire, Sandy a vixen. Who would've guessed?

Termites: Fourth Follow-up

This time it was the first man who came. Apparently he has a higher grade than the other man. Anyway, THERE ARE TERMITES. STILL. Argh.
He put another box... before my bedroom door. Note that it's not on the door, but in the parquet flooring. So why has it to be before the door so I can't close it? Stupid!
So pest-control companies aren't really useful... That's my conclusion. Let's hope it's only temporary and I can be persuaded to believe in them, huh?

Rain

First, let me explain why my username is BlossomRain.
My initials means mandarin in Malay. The mandarin version of 'blossom rain' sounds similar to 'mandarin' =.= That's why. Anyway, I used to like rain. But rainy PCGHS days are so BAD!!!
Well, you see, I have to walk quite far. But as it is too crowded, everyone gets wet! Plus, it's soooooooooooooooooooo jamed!!!
It rained yesterday. Hope it will only rain at night next time /.\ I wish I can really control rain! ;P

The silliest thing you can imagine!!!!!!!

It was a Sat. I went to Old Town for dinner with my parents. It was a normal normal day as usual... No. Something very very silly happened that day. In Old Town. Let's see... are you smart enough to discover it? Don't be sad if you can't. We didn't until later.

First, we ordered a curry mee, a curry chicken rice and a lam mee.
-Anything wrong?-
Then the food came. We ate. I was as usual the last one to finish, as my parents can eat way faster than I can. I concentrated on eating. The lam mee was quite nice, nicer than my school canteen, and of course, more expensive.
-Anything wrong?-
After I finished, we left.
-Anything wrong?-

We continued shopping, I even bought a watch. On the way walking back to our car, we paused to eat 'oh cen'. Suddenly my father realised something was wrong. Clue: he rushed back to the shopping mall.

Time for the answer!!!
----------------------
WE FORGOT TO PAY!!!

Yeah, that's it. My father was so... honest that he insisted on going back to pay... How =.='''

Termites: Third Follow-up

I was at school. Anyway, my mother told me about it. The man said the termites are all dead...
WOOHOO!!!!

Days after...
Is it just me or are there the 'termite noise' again? Argh! I don't trust that man! Anyway, he'll be coming to check again very soon. Sigh.

Do disappear, termites!!!

Teachers!

Primary teachers are terrible. That doesn't change in secondaries. How to start? Okay, I suppose the teachers aren't as fierce as primary ones. I mean, most of them. There are still some teachers, they can't stand any talking, they speak very fast but you must understand, and you have to finish your work fast.
That isn't the worst. There are some others, who are very petty and picky, and think you should worship them! So stupid! It's not just these, but there are also some teachers who keeps dropping a hint here and there for you to attend their tuitions! Argh! If you want us to attend, just SAY! How do you expect us to guess?
So... any volunteers to teach me how to survive? Thanks...

rushRushRUSH

Another week just passed... My classmates were A BIT better now, but I still miss my ex-classmates very much! Miss the days when I walk into class, someone would say hi or even quarrel with me T.T No more such scenes now...
I've discovered that if you want to survive, or get ANYTHING in PCGHS you have to rush RUSH RUSH!!! Not only rush, but RUSH. As in pushing past other people, running fast to get there...
Rushing to buy food in a 800+ people-filled canteen is normal. Rushing to get out of school is still normal. BUT RUSHING TO GET A PLACE IN THE CO-CURRICULUM ACTIVITY IS SO NOT NORMAL!!! I mean, in primary school, everyone gets what they want. The teacher ask, you answer. No worries. And you get what you want. Sorry, that's no more now.
Now what? RUSH. You have to RUSH to get a place before the forms run out, because almost everyone wants the same thing: the only few activities with no marching needed. Okay, I just have to be there early to queue, the normal mind thinks. Sorry, no. NO ONE QUEUES. EVERYONE PUSH AND SQUEEZE ALL THEIR MIGHT. Argh!!!
I miss my primary school life...

First few days at school

Today it's the 3rd time I return home from PCGHS after an afternoon there! Seriously, studying with all those top students from other schools is very stressful. TT Thank goodness I still have my friends during recess(we're in different classes, unfortunately)because making new friends is VERY HARD!!!
The people in my class... They're so icy! Not just cold, but ICY! The first day, our class was located in the South Pole. Second day, North Pole. The temperature increased a bit day by day. Now? Denmark. ;P
My class is K1D. I don't know what K stands for. Anyway, we're pretty unlucky. WE WERE CHOSEN TO TEST FOR A NEW EDUCATING SYSTEM LAUNCHING IN 2014!!! There're only 7 classes like this in the whole nation. Argh! We have to go to school 1 hour early every Fri from Feb to Apr. Not that I cared, since my parents usually drop me off that time to avoid traffic jams... =.=''' What I cared most is that we'll be back to normal in May, and the 1st exam is in May. The other classes have been teached for it all the way from Jan to May, but us? NOOO. The teachers are only allowed to teach us certain things during the test program. Which means, they have to rush in Jan or May. AND SO WE MIGHT LOSE OTHER PEOPLE!!! I want to get into A class next year. So much for my plans... WAAAA

#13: Statues

We decided not to do anything for the time being, at least until the eclipse night. In return, we had a few days of peace.

"Hey, so what's our plan for tonight?" asked Trick.
"Nothing. Plannings never catch up with the speed things change." Natalie replied, somewhat coldly. Actually, I myself was also worried. Just going into the dangerous woods with no plan in mind seemed silly, but what plans can you make?

Night.
"Um, are you sure we're going in now? The eclipse haven't started yet." Trick objected. It was 11p.m. The eclipse was at midnight.
"Please, don't be so timid! You're the only male of us three, and yet!" I snapped.
"We aren't forcing you to come along. You can go back to sleep now." Natalie added.
Trick sighed, then shrugged sheepishly. "I'm just saying that it's full moon tonight... extra danger. But, ok if you two are going, I suppose."
Nat glared at him, but thought about it anyway. "We have to. See, this is our last night here, the last chance to get to the bottom of this, and the final and only possible chance to get rid of the demon. Remember, that's our responsibility as witches and warlocks." Adding under her breathe, "And a good chance to increase our powers..."
We set off. This time, we weren't lost. We followed the clear blue river into the heart of the forest. "Beast or demon, they all need water. The best place to find them in by the river deep in the jungle." Natalie, the expedition leader as usual, quoted from a magic textbook.
"Whoa, hang on!" Trick suddenly exclaimed. We turned in his direction. In the middle of the forest there was a clearing. In the clearing there were many large stone statues! Before we had a chance to warn or stop Trick, he touched the biggest statue of all.
Bang! Someone hit his forehead on a stone wall. Trick, of course. Me and Nat were never that clumsy. Suprised by the sudden appear of a wall, we looked around.
We weren't in a clearing anymore. We were in a cave, and a narrow, winding, tunnel-like, exitless one too. We walked slowly along it, hoping to find a way to escape.
"Here!" I whispered. We had finally reached a broader place. Then I gasped. Sitting on a throne-like chair, in the middle of the cave-room... was a nine-tail fox, with Sandy's face!

<to be continued.>
**The next ep, #14 is the ending of this story! Don't miss it! Coming soon.**

#12: Vixen?!

I had to act fast. Suddenly, an idea hit upon me! I remembered that the message had said 'mortal'. Gods and spirits, of course, were immortals. And they're the ones I need to power my spells! Thinking hard, I remembered also that Natalie had said something about the connection between our unknown enemy and the Moon. As a witch of water element, I had the ability to summon rain. In order to have rain, there must therefore be clouds. And so, I could also summon clouds: just the thing needed to block out moonlight.
"Come to me, clouds, and block the moonlight out." I was unable to think of a better rhyme. Anyway, it worked! We managed to scramble back safely.

The next day...
"So, there's proof that whatever that thing is, its powers are linked with the Moon?" asked a confused Trick.
"Ya. That limits the possibilities of the demons responsible for it." I replied.
"So far we have got moon powers, message sending, body controling, and either illusions creating(which is more likely) or trafficking other things into other realms." Natalie noted.
"Mistress!" Velvet emerged. "I just finished my research. Powers linked with the Moon is for female demons only. And the only female demon fitting all those things Mistress Natalie said is... the nine-tail-fox."

#11: Lured

"Where's Trick?" I wondered aloud. It was 11:50 already, and yet there's only Natalie and I at the waiting spot.
"Just so like that fox to be late!" Natalie was pretty angry. She turned her gaze away from the Moon which she had kept an eye on. It was a bit cloudy when we two met up, but as the Moon can still be seen Natalie was very cautious.
The minute she turned to the woods, not paying attention to the Moon, the clouds surrounding it was blown away by a sudden gust of wind. However, we, standing on land, didn't feel anything. At first. Just as sudden the going of the clouds, Nat and I began to feel a strong urge to walk into the woods!
We couldn't control ourselves at all. Our legs moved by themselves, taking us deeper and deeper in. I could see Trick somewhere in front of us. I tried to call to him, but to no avail as he didn't seem to hear me, even though the distance between us was not long.
See? Just telling you, even if you scream, no mortal but you will hear it. Hahahahahaha! All of a sudden, this message popped into my head. I stole a look at Nat two paces behind me. Thanks to all our years of friendship, I understood that something similar had obviously happen to her.
I looked back to the woods in front. I noticed that Trick had stopped in his tracks. Natalie and I too stopped soon enough. Terrified, I suddenly realized that this was the same place as the place we got lost before! Naturally, I tried to run, but of course I couldn't!

<to be continued.>

#10: Back

The next thing I knew, I was back in the camp.
"Tha, you ok?" Nat walked into my camp. "I'm the first to wake up. You the second. That fox, he's still in a coma."
"Um, I guess I'm alright. Where am I?" I asked.
"Back. In the camp. You remembered anything?" Natalie replied. I shook my head. "Neither do I. Just now Miss Tan told me that Sandy found us. Apparently, we fainted or something like that. The last thing I remembered was talking to a young man, asking the way out."
Sandy? I thought it over, then glanced at Nat. We both hated Sandy, but almost every boy in our school liked her very much. We had always thought her a bit seductive. Now that these weird things happen, it seemed to us that there might be a connection between her and them. But we just couldn't place it yet.
Just then, Trick came in. "Um, can someone explain this to me? I'm kind of confused."
I retold the story. I didn't tell him our suspicions, because he's one of those boys, and he wouldn't believe us surely.
"We must go into the woods again tonight." Natalie suddenly spoke.
"Why?" The statement caught me supprised.
"Did you realise that the mysterious happenings are somehow connected with the moon? There will be a lunar eclipse the last night of this camp. It's a chance we can't miss. We have to explore the surroundings in the woods first, to make the best of that chance." Natalie explained. It was agreed that we will meet up at 11:45 p.m. before venturing into the woods.

Sigh~

A new year has just begun. This also means that our holidays are over! School will reopen soon... Sigh.
I'm in Form 1 this year, which is known to be a busy form. That means I'll have to attend many activities, tuitions and also study extra hard. Sigh.
I guess I won't have much time for entertainmant, let alone the proper managing of a blog, but don't give up on my blog completely! I'll try to post once a week, mostly on Fridays I suppose.
  So...Sigh.
